This isn’t about a photo session, or even the pictures, it’s about You. Forget about posing and feeling stiff in front of the camera. Imagine going on a walk with an old friend, who just happens to have a camera with them. My process is free and flowy, and my only goal is to capture your true self.

Fill out the form
Once you’ve made up your mind, complete the form, and I will be getting back to you as soon as possible.
02.
Chat
So everyone feels comfortable and accustomed to each other, we’ll text to discuss things and plan everything out.
03.
Picture time
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.
04.
Delivering photos
In one or two weeks, you will receive your edited pictures, to see yourself in all your natural glory.
ARE THE TRAVEL EXPENSES INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES OR COVERED ADDITIONALLY?

There is a charge if your session is 20 miles out of Dublin, Unless otherwise specified in your contract, all other locations will incur a travel fee depending on the location.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Booking a session with me is simple -Find the "Contact" page at the top, and fill out the form. Or you can alway message me on Facebook or instagram.
I HAVE THE CUTEST DOG EVER. CAN I BRING HIM TO OUR SESSION?

ABSOLUTELY! Pets are encouraged at every single session. Bring your bird, cat, dog, snake. Whatever kind of pet you own, I want to be friends with it! I always recommend having a friend come that can keep your pet busy when we are done with them.
DO YOU GIVE OUT RAW (UNEDITED) FILES?

Raven Preslee' Photography does NOT give out RAW unedited photos.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE PHOTOS AFTER MY SESSION AND HOW WILL THOSE BE DELIVERED?

Please allow 1-4 weeks to receive your gallery, depending on your session. You will receive a digital high resolution gallery of your images + download access.
WHAT TYPE OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?

There is not a single thing that I don't photograph. I do families, events, sports, newborns, engagements, weddings, portrait sessions, and lifestyle work. If you can think of it, I most likely take photos of it. I love growing with my clients and becoming their forever photographer.
HOW LONG DO YOU STORE FILES FOR?

I try to store files indefinitely, but do not guarantee the storage of images once the final gallery is delivered. I have multiple hard drives and multiple backups. I do ask that when you download your gallery, you back up your files on the off chance something happens to mine. Once the final gallery is delivered and you have downloaded it, I remove it from my site.

BOOKING FEES / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / TARDINESS
Payments
- A non-refundable retainer in the amount of 50% session fee is due at time of booking.
- Remaining balance is due 2 weeks from your session date.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
- Raven Preslee' Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions at any time. No free product or refund will be offered. While every effort is made to not reschedule, illness, weather or family issues may come into play. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, I will refund your paid session fee.
- Clients reserve the right to reschedule any session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee.
- Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 48 hours may incur additional fees, and you will not receive a refund.
General
- Session times are as discussed and within 20 miles of Dublin, GA. Unless otherwise specified in your contract, all other locations will incur a travel fee depending on the location.
- Time limits are guidelines only. They may be shorter or longer dependent on the photographer’s discretion. No make-up time or refund will be given if all time is not used. No additional fees will be charged should extra time be used due to photographer’s choice. Additional time requested by client will be $75 per every 30 minutes
- Galleries will be available 1-4 weeks after session date and wedding galleries will be available 4-6 weeks after wedding date, At times delivery times may be longer. No free product or refunds will be issued for these delays.
- Once a photography session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Raven Preslee' Photography up to and through that point.
Privacy
- Raven Preslee' Photography will always respect your privacy. Even though the copyright and ownership of images belong to the photographer taking them, should you not wish for your images to appear online (via website gallery or social media shares) simply let me know. I will do my very best to ensure your experience is as incredible as possible.
Tardiness
- Please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating through rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please call or text me. I respect every single client's time and put an incredible amount of effort into scheduling and planning a session, so please respect mine.
- If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late without calling, you will forfeit your booking fee and I will have the right to cancel the session. I understand unforeseen circumstances such as illnesses or accidents.
- If I am late, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.
